In gynecological practice, the influence of human papillomavirus, herpes viruses, Epstein-Bar on the formation of foci of dysplasia and subsequent malignant transformation of epithelial cells has been established.
The efficacy of combination therapy for cervical dysplasia of the mild to moderate degree, with integrated therapy using exocentric peptides that are part of the drug Arecur, accounted for 88.9%. Increased levels of secretory immunoglobulin A, as well as the level of interleukins, indicate local immune inflammation and adequate immune response.
No less important is the restoration of immune homeostasis in endometriosis. With the help of exogenous peptides that are part of the Arecur® drug, conditions for a complete immune surveillance of ectopic endometrial cells are created. This is evidenced by a 4 times lower frequency of relapses in the study group compared with the control group.
